SilkRoll is a San Francisco based fashion exchange marketplace that assigns Q points for clothes people mail in. We created their brand and built their shop, handling this unique trade-in process.

Challenges

SilkRoll had an amazing concept and no idea how to technically implement it. The idea of using Q points instead of dollars for currency was novel. 


The idea of trading in clothes to get credit to buy others was unconventional. Of course, that’s why they were featured on NBC's Shark Tank.

Solution

We created the branding and a next generation shopping experience for SilkRoll's fans with the idea of trading points for clothes, instead of using standard currency.

We designed and developed all the use cases to run the shop and tested them thoroughly before launch. It was truly exciting to have the chance to work on this groundbreaking new category of business.
